After eating
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا وَجَعَلَنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amana wa saqana wa ja'alana muslimin
Praise be to Allah who fed us and gave us drink and made us Muslims.
What this supplication is
Praise after the meal completes the double act of the day's most repeated blessing: gratitude before and after provision. The Qur'an links gratitude directly to increase (14:7).
When to recite it
At the end of a meal, after finishing.
