After the prayer (taslim)
أَسْتَغْفِرُ ٱللَّهَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ ٱللَّهَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ ٱللَّهَ، ٱللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ ٱلسَّلَامُ وَمِنْكَ ٱلسَّلَامُ، تَبَارَكْتَ يَا ذَا ٱلْجَلَالِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ
Astaghfirullah (3x), Allahumma antas-salam wa minkas-salam, tabarakta ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram
I seek Allah's forgiveness (3 times). O Allah, You are Peace and from You is peace; blessed are You, O Owner of Majesty and Honour.
What this supplication is
The adhkar after the obligatory prayer begin with three istighfar and this praise: You are Peace and from You is peace. It closes the prayer by returning the servant's attention to Allah before turning back to the world.
When to recite it
After the final taslim of each obligatory prayer.
